Very good location by Nam Khan river, next to Wat Xieng Thong Tempo and right at the start of the main street of Historic District where you can talk a pleasure stroll to enjoy the peaceful local life. Our room has two doubled beds, very comfortable. Motorbike renting is offered at the hotel. Unbeatable price, maybe because I travel during low season, the hotel offered late check out, giving us more time to travel during the day. without worrying about check out time. I enjoy the rain season in May as it doesn’t last too long and cool down the heat. All you need is a light raincoat carried with you. Beautiful prepared breakfast even with not many choices.

I liked the location, near the intersection of a river and the Mekong. There is a restaurant next door, but it closes by 9:00 pm. It is a quiet location with a nice view of the river (get an upper level room). There are two staff members - Bon who runs the front desk and the housekeeping woman, who also provides a delicious breakfast! Bon is VERY helpful, kind, offers suggestions on what to do, and arranges daily trips. He always makes sure that everything is going okay during your stay. He wants you to have the best LP experience possible. Comfortable bed. The room has all you could need or want. Value for your $.

We just loved everything this place has to offer. Firstly the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Then the balcony is like being on a theatre stage with all the nice scenery from the river, to the garden, to every moped passing by. We could sit there for hours just staring. Sunset & sunrise each providing its own scenery. The staff, from cleaning to the chef, to the reception are terrific. The breakfast was made with love. We've tried every single dish on the menu and it is so hard to choose which one was our favourite. The fried rice was filled with aromas and the pancakes were huge, fluffy and filling. The various egg & bread options were generous. Omw I can carry on forever. I did not even get to the fabulous location etc etc

This place ticks all the right boxes for me. Super clean & super comfy rooms. The super size queen bed was a dream bed. The best I experienced in all my travels. The housekeeping lady is fabulous in her job. The two gentlemen at reception were both extremely helpful and friendly. This place gives you far more luxury you will ever expect from a 3-star establishment. And far better rates than its competitors in the same area. One cannot ask for a better location. Best neighbourhood with the best views. A super delicious and filling breakfast. Please never doubt this place, best you come and experience it for yourself.

we stayed for 6 nights and we loved it! we slept so good, bed and pillows are very comfortable! the room is big with enough space to store stuff, bathroom all good; warm water always and good water power in the shower. breakfast very good, nice coffee. cleaning service for the room every day. strong wifi. the staff so sweet, kind and helpful! they would organize everything for us. rent motorbike and day- multiday trips. they have laundry service, our clothes were ready in less than 12 hours and very clean. we would definitely recommend this hotel!

This review is for our extended stay. There was so much walking and exploring opportunities in the area that we had to extend our stay. Waking up before sunrise to experience the monks alms giving, enjoying the sunrise over the Mekong River and taking an early morning stroll to the morning market was such an enjoyable experience making the location of the hotel super convenient. Our stay was super luxurious and very pleasant. We just loved everything about this place; from, the bed, shower, breakfast, ambiance, everything.
